Come and join me for a beautiful cacao ceremony, weaved with sacred mantra’s and music, guided breathwork, meditation and essential oils.
This is a space to explore your inner self and to reconnect with your heart, openly, and without expectation.
We open with ceremonial cacao, share intentions and sing Kirtan before moving into an expansive meditation and gentle breath work to help you cultivate your inner spark and connect with your heart. Bespoke blends of essential oils will guide and support this journey of healing and connection.
This isn’t about having a “good” singing voice. It’s about showing up as you are and allowing yourself to be heard. No previous experience is needed. All voices are welcome.
Payment reserves your space and I send out full joining instructions a couple of days before the event. I am really looking forward to being in ceremony with you.
